I’m Ellen (they/them). I support people to build a relationship with movement that is sustainable, respectful, and realistic.
My work goes beyond "prescribing exercises". I take time to understand your barriers to movement, your past experiences, and how your body responds to movement. I explain the why behind what I recommend and adapt movement so it fits your capacity, health, and life.
I started Your Movement Space to create a place where you don’t need to push through shame, guilt, or rigid rules to move your body. Progress is rarely linear, and learning a different way to move can feel uncomfortable. We take things step by step, at a pace that feels right for you.
