I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer with 7 years of experience in the fitness and health industry. I proudly wear the hat of a bun mother to two adorable rabbit babies, consider myself a passionate Hoya collector and love dyeing my hair different colours.
As an advocate for the Health At Every Size (HAES) framework of care, I strongly believe in promoting body acceptance, inclusive healthcare, and safe movement during eating disorder
recovery. Guided by these principles, I founded Your Movement Space with the aim of helping anyone seeking to rebuild their relationship with movement and reclaim it on their
own terms, free from the constraints imposed by the fitness and wellness industry.
My mission for Your Movement Space is to foster an environment where you can embrace your body, find your own path to movement, and promote social justice and fat liberation.
