Sunday and public holiday appointments
A 10% service fee applies to appointments held on Sundays and public holidays.

Medicare rebatesIf you have a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) and a referral from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate for up to five individual allied health services per calendar year. These services may be shared across different allied health professions.

Claiming your rebate
I don't process Medicare rebates at the time of your appointment. You will need to pay the full consultation fee, and I will provide you with an electronic receipt. You can then submit your claim through your Medicare online account via MyGov.

I bill NDIS-funded supports in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for Exercise Physiology.

I provide a full breakdown of fees in your NDIS service agreement. I will discuss these fees with you and obtain your agreement before supports commence.

I have limited capacity for NSW workers compensation clients and accept new referrals only when appointments are available.

Please contact me before booking.I can accept a referral only when the worker’s presentation meets SIRA’s clinical requirements for a Consultation C service. Consultation C applies to complex pathology or clinical presentations requiring a significantly increased level of treatment intensity and clinical expertise.

The standard exercise physiology consultation fees do not cover the cost of providing my service. SIRA does not allow me to charge the worker a gap fee, so I cannot accept referrals restricted to standard consultation codes.

Before treatment begins, I must confirm the appropriate consultation code and obtain any required approval from the insurer.

If your private health insurance includes exercise physiology, you may be able to claim a rebate. Rebate amounts and eligibility vary between funds and policies, so I recommend checking your cover directly with your health fund.

You will need to pay the full consultation fee at the time of your appointment. I will provide you with an electronic receipt so you can submit your claim directly to your health fund.

No. You do not need a referral to book a private appointment with me.

You will need a referral or prior approval if you plan to access funding through:

  • Medicare
  • NSW workers compensation
  • Some other third-party funding arrangements

You do not usually need a referral for NDIS-funded appointments, but I will need to confirm that your plan includes suitable funding before we begin if your plan managed.

I offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments. If cost is a barrier, please contact me to discuss what may be available. Reduced-fee places depend on my current capacity and cannot always be offered.

I require at least 48 hours’ notice from your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you provide less than 48 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, I will charge the full session fee.
