All NDIS-funded supports are billed in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for Exercise Physiology.

Face-to-face support time and behind-the-scenes work (non-face-to-face time) are billed separately, as required under NDIS guidelines.

A 10% surcharge applies to appointments delivered on Sundays and public holidays. This surcharge is not covered by the NDIS and must be paid out of pocket.

Full pricing breakdowns are provided in the NDIS service agreement and discussed before supports commence.

WorkCover Fees

Fees for WorkCover-funded sessions follow SIRA pricing guidelines. Due to the limitations of the SIRA pricing guide, all follow-up WorkCover sessions are 30 minutes.

Sessions are not available on Sundays or public holidays, as SIRA does not allow the required service fee to be charged.

Yes. If your health fund includes Exercise Physiology, you may be able to claim a rebate. Coverage varies between funds and policies, so it’s best to check what your specific plan includes.

You’ll pay the full session fee at the time of your appointment. After your session, Ellen will provide a receipt so you can submit your claim directly to your health fund.
