The Medicare rebate is approximately $58 per session.

NDIS Fees

All NDIS-funded supports are billed in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for Exercise Physiology.

A 10% surcharge applies to appointments delivered on the weekend and public holidays. This surcharge is not covered within the NDIS price scheme and must be paid out of pocket for plan managed participants.

Full pricing breakdowns are provided in the NDIS service agreement and discussed before supports commence.

WorkCover Fees

Your Movement Space maintains a limited capacity for WorkCover clients. New referrals are accepted only when capacity is available. Please enquire prior to booking.

WorkCover consultations are accepted only where the injury presentation meets the criteria for a complex consultation under the SIRA fee schedule. This allows the full cost of the session to be billed directly to the insurer.

Standard exercise physiology consultation codes do not cover the cost of providing this service. As WorkCover regulations do not permit gap payments to be charged to the worker, cases restricted to standard consultation codes cannot be accepted.

Approval for the appropriate consultation code must be confirmed with the insurer prior to commencing treatment.

Yes. If your health fund includes Exercise Physiology, you may be able to claim a rebate. Coverage varies between funds and policies, so it’s best to check what your specific plan includes.

You’ll pay the full session fee at the time of your appointment. After your session, Ellen will provide a receipt so you can submit your claim directly to your health fund.
